Design
Working with a mountain-home designer in Fort Collins, Kroeker Mountain Properties focuses on augmenting the natural beauty of our sites. Careful choice of the land and the building design is used to enhance the natural beauty of the area. Such features as southern exposures, wind protection and views are taken into account in the design of the properties. As either vacation homes or retirement homes, the properties are designed to have an atmosphere which is markedly different from the typical city home.
Construction
With a natural, but up-scale building philosophy, quality is an important consideration throughout the construction process. Such features as efficient radiant heating systems, Energy Star ratings on insulation and windows, and acoustical insulation with interior walls are used to create a comfortable, easy to live in environment. Other high-end finishes are used throughout the kitchen, bath, and living areas to enhance a luxurious vacation-like experience such as granite counter tops; Aspen ceilings; hardwood floors; maintenance-free, high-end decking; and jetted tubs or hot-tub areas. The homes are built to maximize the recreational experience of the area and minimize the time spent in upkeep and maintenance.

Kroeker Mountain Properties designs and constructs properties with the concept of optimizing the investment opportunities of vacation home ownership.
